Automation Consultant

Springtime Technologies is a provider of AI-based cloud solutions for accounts payable automation serving multi-national companies in the manufacturing, pharmaceutical and chemical industries. We enable our customers to automate the incoming invoice process on a global scale. More than 200,000 business users in 70 countries use our cloud software already. The company was founded in 2004 by a team of AI experts and has offices in Germany, Austria, and the Philippines.

We are looking for consultants supporting our customers to rollout Invoicetrack globally and automate their accounts payable processes. As a consultant, you are the face and key account to customers. You receive, discuss, and clarify customer requests and design solutions in collaboration with our product management. You support the customer with service extensions and changes, for example by carrying out configurations in the SaaS platform or by training key users. You should be familiar with the accounts payable function in a corporate environment and have strong project management skills.

Your tasks

• Looking for improvement opportunities in the customer’s global AP process
• Close collaboration with our product development team to enhance our service
• Assessing the pros and cons of possible solution strategies
• Application support and training of key users
• Assisting in testing process to discover gaps in our solution or customer business processes
• Managing customer relationships
• Compiling and presenting information orally, visually and in writing

Your profile

• Strong knowledge of AP processes in any kind of industry (minimum 3 years)
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the business
• Tact and persuasive ability
• Analytical Knowledge
• Attention to detail
• Self-motivation
• Fluent in English

Nice to have

• Skills in SAP modules – e.g. FI, CO, MM and related sub modules
• Invoicetrack knowledge
• Some knowledge of the German language
• Experience in software implementation projects
• Basic configuration or programming skills (e.g. Excel, SQL, Python)
