As an IT Support Engineer, you are responsible for the precise processing of hardware and software requests while always maintaining compliance and security standards. Your role is to ensure the quality of ticket processing and to contribute to process optimization by critically questioning and offering innovative suggestions.

For this position, a minimum collective wage of Euro 3,077 gross per month applies. A market-compliant overpayment, depending on your experience and qualifications, is offered.

Your tasks

  • Processing incoming support tickets.
  • Installation, basic configuration, and management of client devices (Windows 10/11, Azure Virtual Desktop, IGEL Thin Clients) using MS Intune, Azure Portal, and the IGEL Management Interface.
  • Management of Active Directory (users, groups).
  • Technical responsibility for HR processes, as well as support in the technical training of employees.
  • Remote support and troubleshooting for client operating systems (Windows 11) and MS Office (especially Outlook, Excel, and Word) for our locations in cooperation with the local teams.
  • Conducting hardware fault diagnostics and simple network tasks (e.g., patching a network socket).

Your profile

  • Completed technical education (e.g., HTL, University of Applied Sciences, University) or comparable completed education with a focus on IT
  • Relevant professional experience in IT administration or IT support
  • Basic knowledge in the field of network technology, client and server operating systems, and scripting experience (PowerShell, Bash)
  • Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
