a) Website Visitors

Contacting us
If you contact us, we will collect your contact details depending on how you contact us (e.g. by email or telephone) as well as the content of your message. This may include your name, business postal address, business email address, business phone number. Please do not share any sensitive information via our website.

Order Information
We use your personal information to process your order, or to give you access to special information and offers.

Access data / server log files
When visiting the website, data about each access (so-called server log files) are collected. d) Visitors
In order to manage your visit and provide access to our facilities, we collect and process personal data such as first and last name, name of the company you work for, reason for the visit, date and time of the visit.

Springtime has installed video cameras to monitor the entrance area in the stairwell. The legal basis for this is the legitimate interest arising from the protection of property (Springtime business premises). The video surveillance is clearly visible through labelling (stickers on the entrance doors).

5) Data Sharing and Third Parties

When we are legally entitled to do so, we may transfer your personal data to other entities of the Springtime Group or to third parties, especially to selected (IT) service providers, partners, and consultants. Please note that we do not sell your personal information to third parties or to any ad networks or ad server companies.

We enter into contracts with our service providers in which the requirements of relevant data protection laws are addressed. Service providers must take appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of the rights and freedoms of the data subject and are prohibited from processing personal data in derogation of the Springtime’s instructions.

If data is transferred outside the European Economic Area that may not be subject to equivalent data protection laws, we will ensure that a transfer only takes place if an appropriate level of protection exists with the recipient and suitable safeguards like Standard Contractual Clauses are provided.

Please note that the video recordings are stored in the EU/EEA. If necessary, the recordings can be transmitted to the competent authorities or the court (for evidence in criminal law cases), security authorities (for security police purposes), courts (to secure evidence in civil law cases), employees, witnesses, victims (as part of the enforcement of claims), insurance companies (exclusively for the settlement of insurance claims), lawyers and other bodies for the purpose of legal enforcement.

6) Data Retention

Your personal data is retained only for as long as it is required for the specified purposes, unless there are more extensive statutory or contractual retention obligations (such as retention obligations under commercial and tax law).

Please note that the video recordings are only stored for a maximum of 72 hours. The recordings are then deleted/overwritten. The recordings are only analysed if there is a reason to do so (e.g. to determine who has caused damage).

If Springtime operates as the controller, you have the following rights:
• The right of access under Article 15 GDPR regarding the personal data processed about you.
• The right to rectification under Article 16 GDPR, the right to erasure under Article 17 GDPR, and the right to restriction of processing under Article 18 GDPR.

• The right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority under Article 77 GDPR. The Austrian Data Protection Authority (https://www.dsb.gv.at) is responsible for Austria. The Hessian Data Protection Authority (https://www.datenschutz.hessen.de) is responsible for Germany.
• You may withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time without providing reasons, with effect for the future. Processing that has taken place before the withdrawal remains unaffected.
