At Springtime, our goal is to hire dedicated and future-focused employees who are ready to take on new responsibilities and build results that last! Our managers are heavily involved in the recruitment process. So don’t be surprised if you have the first contact with your future head of department.

Typically lasting 30-60 minutes, the initial interview is conducted via Microsoft Teams with the responsible manager. Please expect a relaxed, business casual first meeting.
Successful candidates will be invited to an onsite in-depth interview to assess their technical skills (e.g. technical test for data analysts, code review/case study for developers, or an assessment center).
This will involve the relevant manager and possibly colleagues. We'll let you know in advance who and what to expect.
In this stage, we will assess your candidacy for the job and make a decision. The team will meet to debrief on your final round of interviews, typically within a few days after your scheduled interview. We are committed to keeping you informed throughout this process, and we will reach out with an update once a decision is made. We also understand that this is a significant decision for you, and we welcome any questions you may have.
If you're successful, a recruiter will get in touch with an offer and officially invite you to join the team.
After you accept the offer, congratulations! We're so excited to have you on board and will continue to stay in contact and provide you with everything you need to ensure you’re ready for your first day.
To make sure you're set up for success, we'll create a personalized onboarding plan just for you. You'll start with general appointments to get to know our company and departments, and then move on to specialized training and courses to help you hit the ground running in your new role. And don't worry about being alone in the beginning — we'll make sure you have a friendly buddy to show you the way during those first exciting weeks!
If you’re connecting with us virtually, we suggest testing your wi-fi beforehand and signing into Microsoft Teams about five minutes prior to your meeting to avoid any technical hiccups (it happens to the best of us).
Rolling up to meet us in-person? Try arriving at least 10 minutes beforehand to check in. As for dress codes, our general motto is “you do you,” but suggest business casual and keeping what’s appropriate for the role or department in mind.
