Processing activities, purposes and legal bases
Springtime processes your data to fill vacancies, to process your application, to determine your suitability for the position advertised, and to make a decision about whether to accept or decline it. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b (implementation of pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f (justified interest of the responsible person) of the GDPR.
If you should visit our business premises, we process your data additionally for the purpose of access control and the protection of confidential information and business secrets which could be made accessible to you in the course of your visit, as well as for traceability in the clarification of possible security incidents in connection with your visit. The legal basis for this is the exercise of our domestic law in accordance with §§ 858 ff., § 903, § 1004 BGB in Germany and Art. 9 inviolability of domestic law in the Austrian State Basic Law on the General Rights of Citizens (StGG) in Austria.
If we have not received your data directly from you, it has been transmitted to us by personal intermediary organisations which do not make this data publicly available.
Your application data will be kept for 6 months from the date of your acceptance or rejection and your personal identification data for 3 years from the end of the current calendar year, provided these are no longer required for the purposes. This is done in order to comply with deadlines in accordance with AGG in Germany or § 1486 ABGB, § 31 VStG in conjunction with § 29 LSDBG, §§ 15, 29 GlbG, § 7k BeinstG in Austria.
We inform you that you are neither contractually nor legally obliged to provide your data. In case of non-availability, we unfortunately cannot consider your application and reserve the right to deny you access to our business premises and/or to certain information. Springtime does not process your data for the purpose of automated decision-making, including profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 of the GDPR.

- Qualifications (for example, certificates, appraisals, confirmations of attendance, courses, further training)

Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, cancel or limit the processing of your personal data processed by Springtime, the right to object to such processing and the right to transfer such data. If you believe that the data processing is unlawful, you have the right to appeal to a supervisory authority.
