As Head of Customer Success, you will be responsible for managing the Support and Consulting team. You will develop long-term organizational structures and monitor operational processes, particularly in the consulting area. Your task is to increase the efficiency of processes and ensure the quality of services. You will work closely with various teams and advise product management on product development and improvement.

For this position, a minimum collective wage of Euro 4,346 gross per month applies. A market-compliant overpayment, depending on your experience and qualifications, is offered.

Your tasks

  • Management of the Support and Consulting team (technical and organizational).
  • Developing and implementing long-term organizational structures.
  • Monitor and improve operational processes, especially in the consulting area.
  • Identify training needs of consultants and implement training programs.
  • Working closely with various teams and knowledge holders, including cross-country.
  • Advise product management on product development and improvement and budget management.

Your profile

  • Proven experience in a similar position in Consulting, ideally in B2B and specifically in Financial Management, Accounting.
  • Experience in business process optimization.
  • Successful leadership of interdisciplinary teams and global collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong strategic mindset and ability to develop long-term plans.
  • Technical and financial literacy.
  • Willingness to travel on both short- and long-term basis.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • A resilient personality with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
